Items eligible for returns:


  • Item or items must be returned/received at our warehouse within 14 calendar days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by from the date the item was postmarked as delivered to you, unfortunately we can't offer a store credit. You may choose to pay return shipping costs ($5.99) to ship the item back to you, or the item will be donated to a local shelter on your behalf.
  • Items that are defective or damaged MUST be reported within 48 calendar hours of receiving order. There are no exceptions to this regarding holidays, weekend, out of town, etc. 
  • Item or items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items returned in less than perfect condition will not be refunded. 
  • All returns will be issued in the form of store credit. 


Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Customized / personalized items
  • Pre-order, Pre-Sale, or Holiday items
  • Bows, Jewelry, Shoes, swimwear
  • Clearance or mystery items of any kind
  • Sale Items


Do I pay for shipping on returns?

  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost for all returns. 
  • Original shipping fee will not be returned in any circumstance. If you received free shipping from ordering in our VIP Group, the shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your store credit.
  • If return/exchange process is not followed you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.


How do I start a return? 

    1. Please email us at (subject line: RETURN ORDER#) PRIOR to shipping your return. Emailing us BEFORE you ship your return is extremely important to make sure your return is in compliance of our return policy. In the body of the email include your order# and reason for return. You will receive a response from us within 48 hours during operating business hours.

    2. Mail your return back to us. We must receive your return within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order. Your return package must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery, the items in their original packaging, and a note on why the merchandise is being returned. Failure to include the above items will result in a restocking fee.
